Choose your party size, tap a coloured table on the plan and send the request, paying the platform service fee by card. Your relationship manager then confirms the table with you on WhatsApp once the venue has confirmed it.
Backstage A: AED 15,000–20,000 for 12 guests. VIP: AED 12,000 for 12 guests. Platinum: AED 10,000 for 12 guests. Gold: AED 7,000 for 10 guests. Silver: AED 5,000 for 8 guests. These are the venue’s first-release prices; Backstage B/C is on request.
Every table on the plan is open for this night: Backstage A, Backstage B/C, VIP, Platinum, Gold and Silver. Backstage B/C is priced on request: your relationship manager confirms the price on WhatsApp.
Yes, with extra bracelets, per guest: AED 2,000 at Backstage A, AED 1,250 at VIP, AED 1,000 at Platinum, AED 750 at Gold and AED 500 at Silver. Extra bracelets are non-redeemable.
Your e-mail confirmation (on your phone or printed), the card used for the prepayment and a valid ID: passport, driving licence or other government ID. Without them entry may be refused. Wristbands are not transferable and must be worn all night.
Yes. All guests must be 21 or over to book and to enter.
The venue asks for full payment in advance, and payments for table bookings are non-refundable. Ushuaïa Dubai takes no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property, and every guest must respect UAE laws: non-compliance means removal from the event.
Platform service fee: AED 49.50. It secures your request and your relationship manager. Refunded in full if we can't secure your table; non-refundable if you cancel. Every table remains subject to the venue's confirmation. It is paid by card through Stripe when you send your request.
Yes. The booking page works from anywhere: the platform service fee (AED 49.50) is charged in AED by card through Stripe, and your relationship manager confirms on WhatsApp at +971 50 226 1662. The fee is refunded in full if we can't secure your table and non-refundable if you cancel.
Yes. Message your relationship manager on WhatsApp with your numbers and they will go through the options with you.
